Venus 33x is a ultra-high-end UV hybrid printer independently developed by JHF, which has the ability to print on both sheets and rolls of material using UV printing technology, with a printing width of 3.2 meters. The printer can simultaneously print on two rolls of 1.6 - meter, which can significantly improve production efficiency. The Venus 33x is equipped with an automatic media edge-finding function, which can accurately read the edge of single or multiple rolls of media and perform intelligent layout, making the printing process more efficient. Equipped with an intelligent sheet loading and unloading system, it can simultaneously print 6 sheets of material, enabling mutiple functions and saving industrial costs. The ink curing system adopts German-imported Honle mercury lamp, which is highly efficient, energy-saving, noise -reducing, and can improve curing efficiency. The Venus 33x ultra high-end UV hybrid printer will empower the industry with a more efficient production mode, helping customers unleash their production efficiency potential, and bring more commercial value.

Flexible production mode

It can achieve simultaneous printing of two 1.6-meter medias. The independently developed differential inflatable shaft can simultaneously print two rolls of medias with different diameters, greatly

Efficient ink curing system

Ink constant temperature control system


Equipped with a sub ink tank and heating film, the card stably controls the temperature to ensure consistent ink properties in different environments.

Automatic media edge detection & intelligent layout of multiple rolls


The automatic media edge detection function saves time for calibrating the rigid sheet, and can quickly and accurately output the image; it can achieve intelligent layout and synchronized printing of multiple rolls, increasing machine productivity.


Electronic height measurement function


Automatically detects the thickness of the media, seamlessly switches printing mode according to the media, greatly improving the user experiffence.


Multi layer printing


The software's new feature supports simultaneous editing of 5 layers or more different colors, completing printing at once, making the operation process more convenient.
