The JHF LX680 is equipped with industrial-grade piezoelectric high-precision printheads, delivering clear 1440 dpi printing. It stably presents fine lines and makes tiny characters sharp and clear with neat edges, avoiding problems such as blurred text and broken lines.
At the same time, with precise ink-control technology, it achieves uniform and full white oil blocks with consistent thickness, strong adhesion, and resistance to peeling and fading. Relying on an efficient UV curing system, it prints and dries instantly, enabling continuous uninterrupted operation and greatly improving production turnover efficiency.

CCD multi-point automatic alignment, combined with JHF’s independently developed intelligent alignment system, can quickly capture board positioning points and automatically correct positional deviations.
It achieves alignment accuracy of ±35 μm, meeting the requirements of high-density semiconductor-related supporting products for character printing precision and consistency, and providing reliable support for precision electronics manufacturing.

The whole machine is robust and durable, equipped with high-quality linear motors and a multi-PLC centralized control system. It delivers stable power output and maintains high-precision printing throughout the process. It is also equipped with intelligent printhead maintenance, which automatically completes printhead care and cleaning without damaging core printhead components, greatly reducing equipment failure rates and operation and maintenance costs.

The equipment adopts a dual-platform interactive printing design. A single platform supports a maximum printing size of 680 mm × 1250 mm, making it compatible with both small and large boards and effectively broadening production adaptability.
