Jinhengfeng has launched a new generation product—the CZ2516 direct-output high-speed corrugated packaging printer—which effectively solves a series of pain points with higher efficiency and better quality, meeting customers' needs for large-volume orders and diversified customization.
The CZ2516 achieves an integrated and efficient production path from paper feeding to printing output, enabling each sheet of corrugated cardboard to be printed quickly. With a maximum printing speed of 90m/min, it prints and dries instantly, eliminating waiting time and significantly shortening the production cycle, effectively improving production efficiency.
Meanwhile, it is equipped with a piezoelectric high-precision printhead, which supports a maximum output of 600×600dpi, clearly displaying small characters and details, and making the color performance more saturated and delicate, effectively solving the pain point of customers' insufficient color vibrancy when printing on yellow cards.
Stable ink path design for continuous and efficient production.
Stability is key to sustained high-efficiency production. The CZ2516 is equipped with a two-stage ink cartridge negative pressure ink supply system, which effectively improves ink supply stability and ensures more uniform color. Combined with a 10-liter high-capacity primary ink tank per color, it supports long-term continuous operation, reducing efficiency losses caused by frequent ink changes or downtime.
The CZ2516 also aligns with the trend of green packaging development. The equipment uses water-based environmentally friendly ink, which has no irritating odor, making it safer and more environmentally friendly, and meeting the high standards of leading brands.
Multi-functional design unlocks greater profit margins.
In actual production, Jinhengfeng fully considers the application scenarios of multiple specifications and materials, with a maximum paper feed width of 2500mm, a maximum printing width of 1600mm, and no limit on printing length.
It can flexibly meet the order requirements of different sizes and types, and is suitable for various corrugated materials such as yellow cardboard, white cardboard, kraft paperboard, and honeycomb panels.
