It is the final year of the 14th Five-Year Plan, with grand commemorations of the 80th anniversary of the victory of the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War, the 104th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, and the 76th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China. The Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee will be held in October, among other things. It is an extraordinary year. It can be said that the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation has entered an irreversible historical process, presenting the world with a thriving and prosperous image of a great power.
